CASACOM Group attaches great importance to protecting the personal data of its B2B clients, prospects and partners, and to being transparent about the processing we carry out.

This page explains how your data is collected, used, stored and protected, in particular in the context of media and AdTech campaigns operated with our partners, including Google Ads.

2. Data collected

In the context of this website and the B2B relationship, CASACOM Group may process:

  • identification and professional contact data: name, surname, role, company, email, phone;
  • information related to the project or needs you share via contact or email;
  • connection and browsing data (IP addresses, logs, pages viewed, timestamps) for security and audience measurement purposes;
  • where applicable, data from cookies and trackers stored on your device (see section “Cookies, audience measurement and advertising performance”).

3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

The processing activities carried out by CASACOM Group serve the following purposes:

  • managing and following up on requests sent via contact or email: getting in touch, qualifying the need, organising discussions and proposals (legal basis: performance of pre‑contractual measures and legitimate interest in developing our B2B activity);
  • managing the commercial relationship with B2B clients and prospects (legal basis: performance of the contract and legitimate interest in ensuring relationship follow‑up);
  • measuring site performance and improving content and user experience (legal basis: legitimate interest, or consent where required for certain analytics cookies);
  • where applicable, B2B prospecting operations in connection with the services offered by CASACOM Group (legal basis: legitimate interest and compliance with the rules applicable to B2B direct marketing);
  • implementing, on behalf of professional clients, generic or tailored solutions for digital marketing, programmatic media set‑ups and data activations (legal basis: performance of the contract between CASACOM Group and its clients, and compliance with contractual data processing frameworks);
  • securing the site and preventing malicious activity (legal basis: legitimate interest in ensuring the security of systems).

4. Cookies and trackers

This site does not use cookies or other trackers for analytics or advertising purposes. No audience measurement or advertising cookies (including Google Ads cookies) are set via this site.

Only the technical cookies that may be strictly necessary for the hosting infrastructure (operated by Netlify) can be used to ensure the proper functioning and security of the service. For more information on these technical cookies, you can refer to Netlify’s own legal and privacy documentation.

5. Data recipients

Personal data is intended for authorised CASACOM Group teams, strictly within the limits of their responsibilities. Where necessary, it may be shared with technical service providers (hosting, emailing tools, analytics solutions, etc.) acting as processors under data protection law, on the basis of contracts governing the processing they carry out on behalf of CASACOM Group.

6. Data retention periods

Contact data and information related to B2B requests are kept for the time needed to process the request and, where applicable, for the duration of the commercial relationship. Data relating to B2B prospects may be retained for up to three (3) years from the last contact initiated by you.

Technical and security log data is generally retained for thirteen (13) months, unless specific legal or regulatory obligations require a different period. Cookie and tracker retention periods depend on their purpose and do not exceed durations recommended by applicable regulations.

7. Transfers outside the European Union

Some service providers that may be involved (for example analytics or advertising providers) can be located outside the European Union. In such cases, CASACOM Group ensures that appropriate safeguards are implemented (for example, execution of Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission), and that transfers are framed in accordance with GDPR requirements.

8. Your rights

In accordance with the data protection legislation applicable to you, you have the following rights over your data:

  • right of access and rectification;
  • right to erasure in the cases provided for by law;
  • right to restriction of processing;
  • right to object, in particular to the processing of your data for B2B marketing purposes;
  • right to data portability, where applicable;
  • right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (for example the CNIL in France).

9. Updates to this policy

This privacy policy may change to take account of legal or regulatory developments or of processing activities implemented by CASACOM Group. The applicable version is the one published on this site at the date of your visit.
